Welcome to the 2018 Tampa Bay Comic Con!!
Remember that time when David Harbour graced Tampa with his presence? Or when you could snag an autograph from the legendary Neal Adams? Yep, we’re talking about Tampa Bay Comic Con 2018!
This wasn’t just your average comic con; it was a whirlwind of excitement, creativity, and pure geekery. Held from August 3-5 at the Tampa Convention Center, TBCC 2018 was packed with incredible guests, amazing cosplayers, and enough panels to satisfy every fandom imaginable.
Highlights from the Con:
- Star-Studded Guests: From Stranger Things star David Harbour to voice acting legend Jim Cummings (Winnie the Pooh himself!), the guest list was seriously impressive. Attendees could meet their heroes, grab autographs, and even attend panels with their favorite creators.
- Cosplay Extravaganza: TBCC 2018 was a cosplayer’s paradise. The halls were filled with incredibly detailed and creative costumes, from classic superheroes to obscure anime characters. The cosplay contest was a definite highlight, showcasing the talent and dedication of the con’s attendees.
- Panels Galore: Whether you were interested in comics, gaming, anime, or anything in between, there was a panel for you. Attendees could learn about the art of comic book creation, hear behind-the-scenes stories from their favorite actors, and even participate in workshops.
- Family Fun: One thing that set TBCC 2018 apart was its family-friendly atmosphere. With free admission for kids under 12, the con was filled with families enjoying the festivities together. Seeing tiny superheroes running around was definitely a highlight!
